If the Internet speed lower than 3 Mbps. This device has high definition video resolution, therefore, it required higher internet speed. We suggest the followings: 1. We suggest to get a Wi-Fi extender if the monitor is far from the router in another room. Most Internet providers can provide extenders for free. 2. If the issue is Internet, they can lower the resolution by going to Settings > Display Settings. This helps the image and video work faster and better.
